Privacy Policy

1. General

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data ATAM LLC (“we”, “the Company”) collects through the website atam.com.ua, why we process it, and what rights you have.

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI.

2. What we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

• name;
• company name;
• email address;
• phone number;
• subject of enquiry;
• message text.

We do not collect personal data automatically, do not build user profiles, and do not use your data for automated decision-making. Anonymised traffic statistics are described in section 8.

3. Purpose

We use the data you provide solely to:

• respond to your enquiry;
• prepare a commercial proposal;
• maintain business correspondence regarding cooperation.

We do not use your data for newsletters, advertising, or any other purpose without your separate consent.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing the data you submit through the contact form is your consent, given by ticking the relevant box when submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@atam.com.ua.

Web analytics (section 8) is carried out not on the basis of consent but on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest in understanding site traffic. It uses no cookies and collects no personal data.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following providers for the technical operation of the website:

• Formspree Inc. (USA) — processing of contact form submissions. Form data passes through Formspree’s servers and is delivered to our email.
• Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting.
• Umami Software, Inc. — web analytics (servers in the EU region). The service sets no cookies, does not store visitors’ IP addresses and does not track them across other websites.

All of the above providers are located outside Ukraine. Data is transferred on the basis of your consent (contact form) or legitimate interest (web analytics) and limited to the minimum necessary.

We may also disclose data at the request of state authorities in cases expressly provided for by Ukrainian law.

6. Retention

We retain your enquiry for as long as necessary for business correspondence and any resulting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@atam.com.ua.

7. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right to:

• know the source and location of your personal data;
• receive information about the conditions of access to your data;
• access your personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request deletion of your data;
• withdraw your consent to processing;
• lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

To exercise any of these rights, send a request to info@atam.com.ua. We will respond within thirty calendar days.

8. Cookies and web analytics

We do not use cookies for analytics. To measure traffic we use Umami, which collects anonymised data only: the page address, the referring source, device type, screen resolution, country and browser language. Your IP address is not stored: it is converted into a hash that is regenerated daily and cannot be used to identify you. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in understanding site traffic. Analytics data is retained for 6 months. You can opt out of measurement using any browser script blocker.

9. Security

The website operates over a secure HTTPS connection. Access to received enquiries is limited to authorised Company staff.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.
